Top Air Force scientist wants to ‘peer into souls’

Top Air Force scientist wants to ‘peer into souls’ The United States Air Force’s (USAF) top resident genius, Dr. Mark Maybury, wants to create a sensor network allowing operators to read the “hearts and minds” of enemies and predict future wars in advance. One of the most advanced projects that both the Department of Defense and DARPA have been pushing involves the ability to sort of see into the future and predict an enemy’s mindset and where that mindset might lead. Maybury’s idea is pushing the concept farther. His 11-page white paper about social radar written for the MITRE Corporation, explains in detail the desktop approach to creating a sensory network system with the ability to intuit enemies thoughts and emotions.
