I'm beginning to believe in past lives. I think this would explain a lot about me, and the fact that I have memories only I can remember. Memories that my mother tells me I "must have dreamed". Is there any way I can dig deeper and unlock some secrets from my past? I need answers. I'm such a mess.

Hi,
What worked for me was past life regression but those can run pretty pricey if you don’t have a good friend willing to do it for free, that was just one memory however, there were other memories and lives I had to dig for on my own, what helped me was meditating whenever I could, reading things that I felt drawn too that could explain some of the fascinations I had, for example, all my life I was obsessed (Understatement) with Ninjas/Samurais/Assassins and with the strict ways of Asian culture, I never knew why until I watched a movie about Ninjas, it made sense, I was a Ninja in a past life and some of that seeped over in to this life, so say your interested in horses and westerns, you may have been a cowboy, so I would suggest looking deeper in to your interest as a very good way to start. Combine that with meditation for better results, while you meditate you can ask to have more information delivered to you via dream time and that you remember it, and always keep a dream journal because you never know what you might find or make sense of later on, it helps to keep notes and put two and two together as very important messages come to us in dreams. Also, feel free to ask your guardian angels to reveal it to you or help you learn more about your past lives, or even anyone of the Archangels if you feel so inclined, they are always eager to assist us in any way. You don’t need to do anything special to talk with them, just talk to them like you would a friend standing right next to you. They always deliver, sometimes not right away but look for any signs or clues.
I hope this helps! feel free to ask anything else.
Blessings of light!
P.S. Another thing that may help is Mental Imagery & ESP Empowerment
